How to complete KYC
Prepare the business and identity documents required for your registration region, then complete verification in your dropXL account.
1
Complete your company profile
Enter the legal business name, registered address, and applicable VAT or tax number. KYC becomes available after subscription payment is confirmed.
2
Upload the legal representative’s photo ID
Submit a clear passport, national ID card, or driving licence. Keep the full name and date of birth visible; sensitive fields such as national insurance or social security numbers may be covered.
3
Complete real-time facial verification
The legal representative completes a live facial check to confirm their identity matches the submitted ID.
4
Submit your business registration document
Upload the official business registration extract or equivalent document for your country. The automated check allows up to two attempts before the document goes to manual review.
5
Submit your region’s tax document and verify payment if required
Upload the applicable VAT, GST, JCT, or US Resale Certificate and make sure it is valid. Where required, verify the registered company bank account or PayPal account; the payer name must match the tax-registered company name. Documents that do not pass two automated attempts go to manual review.
6
Receive approval and account activation
Once all required documents are verified, the business account is activated on the ordering portal and you receive confirmation.
KYC verifies the identity of dropXL business partners. It supports legal compliance, fraud prevention, and confirmation that a partner is a legitimate registered business.
Many document checks are completed automatically within minutes. A document that needs manual review can take additional business days.
The document can be routed to the compliance team for manual review. The guide states that two automated attempts are available before that review is triggered.
Sensitive fields such as national insurance or social security numbers may be covered, while the legal representative's full name and date of birth must remain visible.
